Making Murrine in a Kiln, Sort Of, Fused Glass Tutorial

Fused Glass Murrine

In this fused glass tutorial, I’ll be making some Murrine for a future project. I’ll be using a stainless steel mould I made myself out of a thin sheet of metal from a toilet brush holder. Yes, that’s what I said. It cost a couple of dollars at a cheap shop.

The process is fairly straightforward and lends itself to a lot of creative ventures. Check it out and let your imagination loose.
