In this project, we’re going to use the strip construction method to create a pattern that includes 2 Llamas, for a lovely platter. This is part 1 of the tutorial, simply because it ended up being a long video.
If you’re familiar with the glass fusing strip construction technique, I think you’ll still enjoy this project. It is a little demanding, both on technique and patience, but it’s well worth the effort.
In this project I’ll be talking about a number of things, including the design, cutting glass, assembly of the piece, fusing, and slumping into a glass mould.
