Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rocket Rose Art. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We offer free shipping on select items to select destinations. These items are smaller lighter items, such as jewellery items, and if free shipping is chosen at checkout they are supplied in velvet bags rather than gift boxes. Please note that free shipping does not include any tracking option.
To have tracking on your shipment, or to receive your jewellery in a gift box, you must choose a parcel post option.
If you have purchased items that do not qualify for free shipping we will contact you to discuss options, including a refund of your payment if we can’t offer a satisfactory option.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order that we know about, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You may have a number of shipping available options.
Currently, we only use Australia Post for delivery. All estimates of delivery times are provided by Australia Post and are out of our control.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
I we find you have selected a shipping rate, such as Express, which is not available to your location, we will ship using the closest option and then refund any over payment.
Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped and a tracking number if you have chosen a shipping option that includes tracking.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Rocket Rose Art is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Rocket Rose Art is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We do ship to countries outside Australia, but can not be liable for delayed deliveries. External factors are many and may be beyond our, or our shippers, control.
